About My Project
“I developed a logo and brand identity for a fictional company, presented my logo development process, and showed how branding can be used across different applications.
The company, called Contour, is a wealth management firm. The logo I created represents natural terrain — the idea being that following a map will lead to achieving goals and that clients can have the confidence that they are on the path to growth.
The multiple lines that form the ‘C’ icon reflect the contours on a map, and also complement the typeface. The implied diagonal lines are a visual representation of investment leading to gain, and the color was chosen to represent a sunrise over hilly terrain.”
